Deepshikha Kalsi is a qualified materials conservator and consultant, who has worked with Museums and private clients for over a decade to evaluate the condition of their art collections and find suitable conservation solutions. Previous engagements include working with the Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage(INTACH) where she was involved with inspecting and documenting collections as well as planning and implementing conservation procedures, and training programmes. Followed by 7 years at the Times of India group, establishing and heading their Art Conservation Department.

After specialising in Textile Conservation from Victoria and Albert Museum, London in 2011, she came back and established the Textile Conservation Studio in Delhi. Some of the recent projects have been conserving textiles of Royal families from Jaipur and Dungarpur for their private museum. Conservation of gold and silver embellished textiles for Amrapali museum. And most recently was in London to work with Victoria and Albert Museum, on the 'Fabric of India' exhibition as one of the core members of the textile conservation team.

She has been awarded the Charles Wallace India Trust Fellowship, Simon Digby Trust, the Nehru Trust and the Bonita Trust Fellowship for pursuing specialised training in field of Textile Conservation.
